With over 30 years of experience in automation, specialising in machine automation, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Trained by IBM in database normalisation and ERP solutions, I have honed my skills in these areas for 32 years. My expertise extends to online customer service solutions with inventory management for renowned brands like Samsung, Nokia, and Motorola. Additionally, I have designed hardware and software for cashless systems in staff canteens and medical benefits clinics, catering to nationwide usage, primarily developed for Panasonic. Notably, I have contributed to the development of Smart Agro Ai for UPM as part of the MRT (Line 3) project, enabling PHD students to conduct their research with remarkable results recognised by international universities.
