Hi guys, here's my take on when would be the right time to scale. While many I have met would like to keep it lean, which is totally fine.
Time to Scale:
1. Your capacity is close to 80% and enquiries are still coming in.
2. There's a sustained demand surge forecasted (Based on PESTLE).
