Jolynn Ch'ng

Dr Jolynn Ch’ng has an immense passion in both mental health and entrepreneurship. As a licensed counsellor certified by Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM), she specializes in anxiety management and confidence mastery. She helps her clients to overcome their anxiety, to gain higher self-esteem as well as to live a more fulfilling personal and professional life. She also holds a PhD in Personality Development whereby she utilizes the knowledge of personality types to help people find their strengths and to allocate the right talent for specific jobs. By allocating people to the right jobs, people gain higher amount of satisfaction and higher productivity. She is also a certified HRDF Trainer whereby she runs High Impact Presentation & High Impact Communication programmes.
