Jenny Cha, is a trainer for all levels in both in Bahasa Malaysia and English languages with more than 22 years of experience in corporate travel, event & hospitality industry. She graduated from University Malaya in Professional Diploma in Sales & Marketing with proven track record of sales volume of 15mils up to 30mils for managing a corporate travel brand. She is to known to facilitate her programs using fun, very practical, hands-on approach, enabling participants to relate to her teachings easier. She has successfully designed, developed and customized training programs tailor made training program and the unique requirement of the client for various programs especially in the fields of customer service, communication, sales & personal image with extensive corporate experience.
