Inthira’s passion comprises a range of interests from both the corporate and social world. She has founded, developed, and led several local and international programs, and yet remains to be an active member in various projects. Inthira is an international speaker, trainer, coach, leadership expert, and business sustainability consultant. Her competency was not overlooked, and for over 8 years has been invited on numerous instances to manage both private and government-supported events, as well as to speak on several public stages. Inthira’s background in speaking, leadership, and corporate social responsibility is endorsed by professional certificates and awards from organizations and institutes of high ranking. Over the years, Inthira has cultivated the qualities that make her an effective coach, and her expertise ranges over topics of leadership, entrepreneurship, PR, public speaking, events management, motivational speeches, CSR, and voluntary service. She has elevated her venture in the training and development industry as an LX Designer for various local and international training providers. ……………………………………………………………… Some of her past beneficiaries from her programs are DHL (Asia & Europe FSSC), DKSH (SG), Pintas Group of Companies (Myanmar & Cambodia, VADS Berhad (MY), IAA Crew (MY), Lush Mannequin Artistry (MY), and many other organizations, groups, international and local training providers. Inthira is actively involved in government-related projects in India for youth development initiatives. She is in the midst of developing a brand new leadership and employability program for the State of Gujarat, India. Inthira has footed her training and consulting operations in 4 countries for 7 cities. Her effort to expand to 2 other countries by Y2024 is in progress.
