Hi, all. We are lan Ju Tang from Penang.
We do FnB business running production and selling of the Red Yeast Sauce and Red Yeast Wine (福州红糟）。 We have a hundred years old recipe that has been passed down 4 generations now.
People I wish to connect:
1. FnB cafes / restaurant who wish to add in red yeast sauce into their food menu.
2. Postnatal Center (月子中心）
3. Health n Organic Shop.
4. Grab food and Food Panda Agent as well.
We are located in Penang and start to finish fermentation in our production house.
Do let us know if anyone wanna test out sampling on the sauce and the red yeast signature dish, red yeast chicken ( 红糟鸡）。
