1. Membership Packages
- No Refund Policy: All membership packages, including annual renewals, are strictly non-refundable.
- Members are responsible for managing their subscription and ensuring cancellation before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
2. Event Tickets
- Refunds for event tickets are allowed under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 3 days of the purchase date.
- The refund request is made at least 14 days before the event date.
- No refunds will be issued if the above conditions are not met.
3. How to Request a Refund for Event Tickets
