Discovering Digital & AI Solutions for Business Growth is Workshop 2 of the Scaling in a Changing World series; a practical Digital & AI track designed to help SMEs identify where technology can create real business value.

1) Process AI Automation

In this guided session, participants will map a selected business process to identify repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, delays, and areas that may benefit from automation. The exercise will help participants better understand where digital tools or AI could improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support more consistent execution.

2) Technology Discovery Clinic

Participants will take part in a hands-on clinic using the MyInnovationX Open Innovation Platform.

During the session, participants will:
